Spinal Flow Technique
Spinal Flow Technique is a modality developed by a chiropractor. It uses gentle touch to release blockages in the spine. By increasing the cerebral spinal fluid, the body creates a natural spinal wave and helps move the nervous system into deep relaxation & healing.

Fully clothed the client lies on the table face down with sacral bolsters under the hips to help increase the flow.
The practitioner uses 33 access points along the spine to increase cerebral spinal flow/energy. Most of these access points are on the sacrum and cranium. Gently activating (using touch) different areas along the spine, backs of legs, bottoms of feet and top of the head to increase the flow in each session. As the flow and energy increase the body removes layers of blockages on the nervous system.​​​
