Massage therapy treats clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. With touch, therapists relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and help in the general wellness of clients
General Massage 60 mins- $90 plus GST
Prenatal Massage 60mins- $92plus GST
Postpartum Massage 60mins- $92 plus GST (up to a year postpartum)

Birth Doula Service
Whether it be at home or the hospital, a Birth Doula provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the parents before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve a positive birth experience.
This package Includes:
**1-3 prenatal meetings
**24hr on call support at 38 weeks
**continuous support during labor/delivery
**1-2 visits postpartum
**Birth Doula Package starts at $900 plus GST
